This Lipstick Locking Liquid really works! (THIS PRODUCT IS NON-MINERAL).. Perfect for working on production sets or other events where you want your lips to remain perfect throughout! Do not use on lipgloss or sheer lipstick, we suggest you use only with thick, rick lipsticks. We are working on a Mineral version of this item but for now, here it is by popular demand! All you do is put your Lipstick on, brush on the locking liquid and go!
